Couples Therapy

Relationships are challenging. Often, both people feel as though they are spread too thinly. The minute healthy communication begins to deteriorate, resentments can start to build. In couple’s therapy, I guide my clients in identifying the negative patterns that have developed over time. Together, we will explore the emotions underneath the triggers and resentments so that we can begin to heal the hurt and create new positive and healthy ways to support one another.
